Ranunculus calandriniodes

10-15cm in flower, this summer-dormant buttercup produces its white flowers, which become tinged with pink,  in mid to late winter. They are frost hardy, but the flowers can be damaged by inclement weather and they may be better under glass when the flowers open. Grow in fertile, well-drained soil in a generously-sized pot.

Plants are usually supplied in summer as dormant roots.
